SHIPPING: An average time for shipping is less than 2 weeks. For custom orders with a new design (customer created or one that is not in the image library) then the time required would be 1 week after customer approval sign off on the customization.

- International:Â Paid by the customer.
RETURN/REFUND POLICY: Because of the custom nature of most of our items, all purchases are final and cannot be returned. If you receive your items and find they are defective or damaged, you can contact us by clicking here (or go to our “Contact Us” page).  You must notify me within three days of receiving your order that there is something wrong with the item.
